How to get gas in Curaçao
The routine is straightforward once you know the order. At most stations, this is what you do:

Pull up to an available pump, turn off the engine and remember the pump number.
Go to the cashier
Tell the cashier your pump number and how many guilders you want to put on it.
Prepay
Pay using a method the station accepts. Debit and cash are the safest options to plan around.
Pump the correct fuel

Done — or money left?
Return the nozzle. If the tank took less than you prepaid, go back to the cashier and ask about the unused balance.
What do I say at the cashier?
